Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using REKOBIT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
REKOBIT provides digital services including website design and development, e-commerce solutions, LMS platforms, and AI chatbots. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in individual project proposals and agreements.
3. Project Agreements
All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Projects commence upon receipt of an initial deposit as specified in the proposal. Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project. Typically: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. REKOBIT reserves the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for their project. REKOBIT retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: providing timely feedback, supplying necessary content and assets, ensuring they have rights to any materials provided, and maintaining hosting and domain services after project handover.
7. Limitation of Liability
REKOBIT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives project completion.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Client owes payment for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
